About St Anne's Shrine

St. Anne's Shrine is a Catholic spiritual destination located on thirty-two acres along Lake Champlain's shoreline in Isle La Motte, Vermont. Developed and maintained for the past century by the Society of Saint Edmund, the Shrine welcomes thousands of pilgrims, vacationers, and tourists each season seeking devotion and peaceful reflection. Visitors can walk the Way of the Cross among pine trees, visit rustic grottos dedicated to saints, and enjoy the scenic views overlooking the Adirondack Mountains. The Shrine offers both spiritual and recreational amenities, including an all-purpose building, picnic facilities, a gift shop with religious articles and Vermont products, and a café. The mission centers on providing a welcoming place of peace and hope through prayer, hospitality, and spiritual renewal for all visitors.
