Christ Episcopal Church is a welcoming and affirming Episcopal congregation located in historic downtown Blacksburg, Virginia, worshiping in one of only two original church buildings still in use in the historic Sixteen Squares. The church celebrates the Holy Eucharist on Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. during the fall, winter, and spring months, with a single 9:30 a.m. service during summer. Under the leadership of The Rev. Scott A. West, Christ Church emphasizes liturgical worship guided by The Book of Common Prayer, vibrant music programs including adult and children's choirs, and a deep commitment to inclusive ministry that welcomes LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
