About Unitarian Universalist Congregation
Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Blacksburg is an inclusive faith community that welcomes seekers from all spiritual backgrounds. The congregation gathers each Sunday at 10 AM for worship that reflects on shared values of love, hope, compassion, and action through words, music, and community connection. Worship services are offered both in-person in the sanctuary and online via Zoom, with childcare and religious education for children ages three and up. Beyond Sunday services, UUC fosters deep community engagement through potluck meals, discussion groups, meditation, yoga, enrichment classes, and active participation in social justice initiatives including the Blacksburg Refugee Partnership. Members and visitors alike are invited to explore the great questions of life in a sanctuary free from dogma, where all are embraced regardless of where they are on their religious or spiritual journey.
