About Rajdhani Mandir
Rajdhani Mandir, inaugurated in March 2000, is a Hindu temple located on eight acres of wooded land in Chantilly, Virginia, serving the spiritual and cultural needs of the Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist communities throughout the DC metropolitan area. The temple provides a serene environment with a well-lighted prayer hall where visitors can connect with the divine through scheduled pujas, abhishekams, and regular aartis. Beyond worship, Rajdhani Mandir fosters community through cultural programs featuring classical music concerts and Indian dances, children's religion classes held every Sunday, and celebrations of major Hindu festivals including Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali, Shivratri, and Navratri. The mandir represents a welcoming spiritual oasis that honors multiple faith traditions while addressing the religious and social needs of its diverse congregation.
