About Vale United Methodist Church
Vale United Methodist Church is a small but very active Methodist congregation in Oakton, located at the intersection of Vale and Fox Mill Roads. Founded in 1894, the church still worships in its original sanctuary. Sunday offerings include virtual worship, in-person worship, Adult Sunday School, and Children’s Sunday School, with a Wednesday morning Bible study during the week. Ministries include children’s ministry, Luminary Youth for teens, and small groups. A nursery is available each week during the 10:00 AM service.

Vale Methodist Protestant Church was founded in 1894, and construction started in the spring of 1895. The present sanctuary is the original building and the church was dedicated in 1896.
