Programs & Ministries at City Church of Richmond
About City Church of Richmond
City Church of Richmond is a contemporary congregation in Richmond’s Fan district. The church gathers for worship on Sunday afternoons and welcomes about 250 worshippers each week. Its service follows the same liturgy each week, with reflection, prayer, biblical teaching, and music that includes both traditional hymns and newer selections. Children’s ministry and youth group provide ways for younger worshippers and families to be connected. The congregation describes its identity as “broken people loved by God,” and its weekly worship is shaped by that steady pattern of prayer, song, Scripture, and community.
