About Living Waters Assembly Of God
Living Waters Assembly of God in Rocky Mount, Virginia has served the Doe Run area and surrounding communities for over forty years, growing from a tent revival vision into a thriving congregation. The church began in a storefront before moving to a converted house, and eventually erected its present building under the pastoral leadership of Marla and Roger Moore, who gave the church its current name. Today under the pastoral care of Roger and Susan Jones since 2008, the church maintains a vibrant ministry spanning multiple age groups and continues the Assemblies of God mission to reach both their local community and the world with the gospel message. The congregation gathers for Christian education and worship services that reflect the Pentecostal tradition of the Assemblies of God denomination.
