About Christ King Community Church
Christ the King Community Church in Ferndale is part of a five-campus Evangelical Covenant network in Whatcom County. The church says it began in 1988 with 54 adults and describes its heart as being “a church for the unchurched and the de-churched.” The Ferndale campus gathers for Sunday worship, and the church’s ministry life includes children’s ministry and small groups. Its early model included small groups, and that emphasis continues as a way for people to connect beyond Sunday services.
