About First Lutheran Church
First Lutheran Church in Kennewick is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and welcomes all people regardless of background, culture, or personal journey. The congregation gathers for in-person and online worship each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at their location on North Yelm Street. KFLC is deeply committed to community outreach through ministries including the Deacon's Fund for those in financial need, food assistance, holiday stockings for local families, and support for the homeless community. The church embraces diversity and affirms that God's grace and love are available to all people as a gift through Jesus Christ, with a particular focus on welcoming those who may have experienced hurt from church communities in the past.
