About The Cove
The Cove is a multi-cultural, multi-generational non-denominational church located in Lakewood, Washington, dedicated to bridging the Kingdom to the culture through the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit. Led by Lead Pastor EJ Brown and his team, the church gathers on Sunday mornings at 10 AM and 11:30 AM for worship services. The church emphasizes five pillars—prayer, worship, word, evangelism, and discipleship—while maintaining conservative theological beliefs on essentials and extending grace on non-essential matters. The Cove provides a welcoming environment for families, with kids church available for ages 3 months to 10 years, and actively encourages visitors to connect through their Connect Card or visitor form.
