Led by senior pastors Jon and Angie Roberts, the church transitioned from its former identity as City Gate Church in 2017 to become Thrive, emphasizing God's presence as a catalyst for transformation within a family-oriented environment. The church meets Sunday mornings at 10am in what members call the Encounter Room, a farm-styled setting designed to foster intimacy and spiritual encounters. Thrive embraces both Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit, creating a dynamic community across diverse ethnicities, cultures, and generations where visitors are invited to move beyond spectating to develop a deeper personal relationship with God.
