Dress Code: Come as you are, whether casual or more formal—you decide what makes you feel comfortable. Service Format: Sunday worship runs about one hour, mixing traditional hymns with contemporary music. Pastor Yvonne offers sermons based on scripture and contemporary events. Communion (open to all) is celebrated the first Sunday of each month using gluten-free bread and grape juice. The service includes Prayers of the Community, a time for naming aloud those in need, and the Passing of the Peace for greeting one another. Visitor Tips: You won't be asked to stand up or singled out, though you'll be greeted and welcomed. A paper "Welcome" slip lets you request information or connect with ministries if you wish. Coffee and cookies follow the service in the Narthex. Visitor parking includes two designated spaces in the parking lot and three curb spaces on the north side of NE 80th Street. You're not expected to give money, though an offering time is part of worship for members and friends.
