About Zion Lutheran Church
Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, LCMS, has served the Snohomish community since 1892. The current building, constructed in 1924 at the corner of 4th Street and Avenue A, reflects the craftsmanship of church members and stands as a testament to the congregation's growth and commitment. The sanctuary features beautiful stained glass windows installed over a decade, a historic cast iron bell that calls neighbors to worship each Sunday, and recent renovations completed in 2021 including a restored interior and new sound system. The church offers online worship services, Bible studies, and community ministries including a community kitchen and seasonal events. An elevator installed in 2024 provides accessibility for all visitors.
