About Mount Pleasant Baptist Church
Mount Pleasant Baptist Church is an independent Baptist congregation located in Elkview in the heart of the Elk River valley, just north of Charleston, West Virginia. The church exists to bring glory to God through fellowship, music, teaching, and preaching, with a mission to serve as a light in the community by developing disciples who love the Lord and love people. With over 35 ministries available, the church offers dozens of weekly opportunities for members and visitors to gather in community and encourage one another in a devoted life to Christ. All are welcome regardless of background or prior church experience.
