About Christ Temple Church
Christ Temple Church is a Pentecostal congregation located at 2400 Johnstown Road in Huntington, West Virginia, founded in 1957. Under the leadership of Pastor Chuck Lawrence since 1996, the church has grown from a single location to a 66-acre campus that serves the community with multiple weekly services and vibrant ministries. The church is known for its emphasis on worship, the infilling of the Holy Spirit, and its significant global outreach, particularly in Zambia where it has helped establish over 600 churches. Visitors are welcomed with personalized attention, including a dedicated parking team for first-time guests and comprehensive children's ministries for infants through high school students. The church invites newcomers to fill out a visit form so that someone can personally reach out and answer questions before their arrival.
