About West Virginia School of Preaching
The West Virginia School of Preaching in Moundsville is a two-year ministerial training program operated under the oversight of the Hillview Terrace Church of Christ. Founded in 1994, the school was established to equip men with the skills and biblical knowledge needed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve as ministers. Students receive rigorous academic instruction in God's Word and gain practical preaching experience through assignments at area congregations, preparing them for missionary and pastoral work. The school's mission, rooted in Paul's instruction to Timothy, emphasizes training faithful men who can teach others and advance the church's mission worldwide. All aspects of the school's ministry reflect the Church of Christ's commitment to biblical fidelity and gospel-centered ministry.
