About Calvary Baptist Church
Calvary Baptist Church in St. Marys began in 1969 as Calvary Christian Chapel and describes itself as the only independent, Baptistic church in Pleasants County. Led by Pastor Chris Tagliarini, the church’s stated mission is to glorify God by helping people know Christ, grow in His Word, and live on mission. Sunday School meets at 10:00 AM, and the church also offers children’s ministry, including Calvary Kids during Wednesday Recharge. Worship is blended, bringing together different musical expressions in a Baptist setting.
