About Grace Evangelical Free Church
Grace Evangelical Free Church in Beloit is a congregation rooted in expository preaching and the gospel of God's redeeming grace as found in Scripture. Founded in 1966 by a group passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, the church traces its beginnings to meetings in a hotel basement before establishing a permanent location on Afton Road in 1969. Today under the leadership of Pastor Dennis Anderson and Associate Pastor Gary Beeman, Grace remains dedicated to its original mission: the increase of the gospel in the Janesville and Beloit area and beyond. The church emphasizes careful study of Scripture, teaching through the Bible expositionally so that the main point of each passage is rightly understood. Visitors will encounter a welcoming community that treasures Jesus Christ and the redemptive story running throughout God's Word.
