About Child Evangelism Fellowship
Child Evangelism Fellowship of Southeast Wisconsin is a Bible-centered ministry dedicated to evangelizing children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and establishing them in local churches for Christian growth. Founded in 1937 by Rev. J. Irvin Overholtzer, CEF operates in over 183 countries and is active in every state and province in North America. The Brookfield chapter serves eight counties in Southeast Wisconsin and provides quality training materials and education through courses offered locally and online. CEF's approach emphasizes discipling children through God's Word, connecting them with Bible-believing churches, and equipping volunteers and instructors with effective outreach methods. The organization invites Christians in the community to become involved as volunteers, teachers, or prayer partners in ministry to children in their neighborhoods.
