About Faith United Lutheran Church
Faith United Lutheran Church in Gillett, Wisconsin is a Bible-based, Christ-centered community of believers that emerged from the merger of two historic country congregations in 2006. The church was built in 2005 by combining resources and materials from Immanuel Lutheran Church and St. John Lutheran Church in Pulcifer, including reused pews, lighting, and stained glass windows. Under the pastoral leadership of John Laatsch, who has served since the merger, the congregation emphasizes Christian family values, grace-filled worship, and Gospel-motivated outreach. The church recently celebrated paying off its 30-year mortgage in August 2023, a milestone the community credits to faithful prayer and generous giving. Faith United welcomes all to worship and participate in their Bible-centered services and community fellowship.
