Visitor Tips: The Basilica is accessible through the Pope John Paul II Pavilion off the 7th Street parking lot; if you're traveling from a distance, call the parish office at 414-645-5623 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–4 PM) to confirm the upper Basilica will be open, as it may close for funerals or special Masses. Printed self-guided tours and audio tours ($5 donation) are available at the gift shop during visitor center hours.
