About St Andrew's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
St. Andrew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is a welcoming faith community rooted in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) tradition. Established in 1960 by Pastor Merton Luebke, the congregation has grown from its humble beginnings in a bowling alley basement to a full-service church with a sanctuary completed in 1979 and beautiful stained glass windows created by members in 1990. The church embraces a mission centered on loving God, loving their community, and loving the world, guided by the principle of kindness and compassion reflected in Ephesians 4:32. St. Andrew's invites all members of the community to worship together and grow in their faith as a family in Christ.
