About Concordia United Methodist
Concordia United Methodist Church in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, traces its roots to 1853 when a small class of eleven German-speaking members gathered in nearby Sauk City. The congregation has grown and evolved over 170 years, relocating to its current location at 585 Fifth Street in Prairie du Sac in 1905. Today, with a membership of 172, Concordia maintains a vibrant community life centered on spiritual growth, worship, and service. The church describes itself as a Reconciling Congregation that celebrates diversity and welcomes people of all backgrounds, ages, and circumstances. Under the pastoral leadership of Reverend Kook Ho Kim, the congregation offers Sunday worship, Bible study, youth programs, and active outreach including community meals and a free little food pantry.

Service Format: Sunday morning worship begins at 9:00 am June through August and 10:00 am September through May, with communion offered on the first Sunday of each month as an open table; monthly youth-led worship services occur during the school year. Visitor Tips: When visiting, use the Galena Street entrance for Sunday services; all visitors are welcome to participate in communion and may also visit the Concordia Café on Tuesday mornings (9:30 am–11:00 am) for free coffee and conversation.
