About Olympia Brown Unitarian Church
Olympia Brown Unitarian Church is an open-minded, open-hearted spiritual community in Racine dedicated to helping people lead lives of justice, love, learning, and hope. The congregation embraces spiritual diversity, welcoming people of many beliefs and backgrounds, including those with or without religious traditions and those of all sexual orientations and gender identities. With a forty-year track record of LGBTQ inclusion and commitment to social justice, the church actively works to dismantle racism and systemic oppression while supporting inclusive democratic processes. Members are invited to engage in spiritual growth through religious education and to take action on social justice issues that matter to them. The community values the principle that people need not think alike to love alike, offering a space where visitors can bring their whole selves with all their truths, doubts, worries, and hopes.
