About Cornerstone Baptist Church
Cornerstone Baptist Church is a traditional Baptist congregation in Sheboygan that began meeting in the fall of 2011. Pastor Jossund is named in the church’s welcome message. The church identifies the King James Version as its official and only Bible translation and emphasizes Bible-centered teaching. Its doctrine includes believer’s baptism by immersion and observance of the Lord’s Supper as an ordinance. The church also states that it rejects both Calvinism and Arminianism as unscriptural distortions of the biblical view of salvation. Weekly gatherings include Sunday School, morning and evening Sunday services, and a Wednesday Bible study and prayer meeting, with youth group also offered.
