About Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities Adult Day Center in Sun Prairie provides compassionate daytime care for adults 18 and older living with aging, disability, or memory loss. For nearly 50 years, the center has served the Madison metropolitan area as part of Catholic Charities of Madison, an organization supporting families in southern Wisconsin since 1946. The program offers a safe, structured, and joyful environment through three distinct programs—The Gathering Place, Memory Care, and Connections—all operating from one facility with a dedicated team. Participants benefit from health monitoring, medication administration, personal care assistance, and meaningful activity programming, while families gain reliable respite care and support. The center features a bright, accessible single-floor building with activity rooms, quiet spaces, a home-like dining area, and a secure outdoor patio, designed to help individuals maintain independence and quality of life while remaining in their homes and communities.
