About Church of Christ
Church of Christ in Rock Springs describes itself as part of Christ’s body of believers in the community. The congregation’s primary evangelist is Kevin Smith, who previously lived and spread the gospel in China for eight and a half years with his wife, Tassie, and their children. The church emphasizes biblical teaching, faithfulness, and fellowship among members beyond Sunday and Wednesday gatherings. Its teaching includes a salvation plan of hearing the word, believing, repenting, confessing Jesus as Lord, being immersed in water, and remaining faithful until death.
