About Celebrate Recovery of Sheridan Wyoming
Celebrate Recovery of Sheridan Wyoming is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program hosted at Cornerstone Church that welcomes anyone struggling with life's hurts, habits, and hang-ups of any kind. The ministry provides a safe, judgment-free community where members can unpack the baggage of their struggles and find healing through faith in Jesus Christ as their higher power. Meetings occur every Friday evening, beginning with a provided dinner at 6 p.m., followed by a large group worship and lesson at 7 p.m., and gender-specific small groups divided by topic at 8 p.m. The program addresses numerous recovery areas including abuse, addiction, anxiety, codependency, grief, and many others, offering participants both accountability partnerships and practical tools for change. Childcare is available for infants through six-year-olds, with check-in beginning at 6:45 p.m. Since its inception in Sheridan in April 2011, the ministry has become part of a worldwide network of over 19,000 churches offering this recovery curriculum.
