What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to The Hope Center in Yuma, Arizona

Welcome to The Hope Center! We're so glad you're considering visiting our church. We know walking into a new church for the first time can feel a bit intimidating, but we strive to make everyone feel right at home. Here's what you can expect as a first-time visitor:

Dress Code: There's no formal dress code at The Hope Center. You'll see people dressed in everything from jeans and t-shirts to button-downs and dresses. The important thing is that you come as you are and feel comfortable.

Service Format: Our Sunday services start at 10:30 AM and typically last about 60-75 minutes. The format includes a time of worship through music, an encouraging message from our pastor, and opportunities for prayer and connection.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, we have services at 6:30 PM that are a bit more casual and interactive. These gatherings often feature testimonies, small group discussions, and dedicated prayer times.

Tips for Visitors: - Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get settled and grab a complimentary coffee or tea. - Don't worry about finding a seat - ushers will gladly show you where to sit. - Participate as much or as little as you'd like during the service. No pressure! - Check out the Connect Card in your seat to let us know you're visiting. This helps us welcome you properly. - After the service, stop by the Welcome Center to introduce yourself and get any questions answered. - If you have kids, be sure to visit the Hope Kids area to get them checked in and set up for an engaging, age-appropriate experience.
