Churches in Anthony, FL

If you are planning a first Sunday visit, it is wise to confirm the worship time directly with the church, since few congregations share Sunday service times publicly. Families may want to ask about kids ministry or youth group options, which are offered by some churches here. If you are hoping to connect beyond the main service, small groups are available in at least one congregation, so a quick call or message can help you find the right entry point. Traditional worship is the clearest pattern, but one church notes a blended style, giving visitors a bit of choice in the feel of the service.

What stands out is the steady presence of historically rooted Christian traditions, especially AME and Baptist congregations, alongside Methodist and apostolic churches. Several churches describe themselves as welcoming or community-serving, and Zion Hill Cogic specifically emphasizes spiritual growth and worship. For a visitor, the city offers a church scene that feels personal, practical, and centered on local congregational life.
