The church began with a small congregation of thirty families worshiping in borrowed chapel space before purchasing six acres and establishing a permanent home. Over the decades, the parish grew significantly as Serbian families relocated to the area, and in 2011, the community undertook an ambitious building project to construct a new church structure that reflects Orthodox architectural traditions. Today, the parish encompasses approximately 240 families and maintains active organizations including a church school, folklore group, candle workshop, and various cultural and athletic clubs. The church remains committed to preserving Orthodox faith and tradition while serving as a spiritual and cultural center for the Serbian community and welcoming visitors of all backgrounds.
