What to Expect: A First-Time Visitor's Guide to New England Congregational Church

Dress Code: At New England Congregational Church, we have a casual and welcoming atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in anything from jeans and t-shirts to suits and dresses. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable.

Service Format: Our Sunday worship service starts at 10 AM and typically lasts around an hour. The service includes a mix of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon delivered by our pastor. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. You're welcome to participate, but it's not required.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to get oriented and find a seat. Ushers will greet you and can help you find your way. - Feel free to sit anywhere - there are no reserved seats. The sanctuary has both pews and chairs to accommodate different seating preferences. - Participate as much or as little as you'd like. You can stand, sit, or kneel as is comfortable for you. - Don't worry about the offering - as a guest, you're not expected to contribute financially unless you choose to. - After the service, join us for coffee and refreshments in the fellowship hall to meet the pastor and other members of the congregation.
