What to Expect at Crosspoint Church

Welcome to Crosspoint! We're excited to have you visit and want you to feel comfortable during your time with us. Here's a quick overview of what you can expect:

Dress Code There is no formal dress code at Crosspoint. You'll see people dressed in everything from casual jeans and t-shirts to business casual attire. The most important thing is that you come as you are and feel free to dress however you feel most comfortable.

Service Format Crosspoint has two Sunday services - a 10am English service and a 1pm Myanmar language service. The 10am service follows a typical church service format, with contemporary worship music, a Bible-based sermon, and opportunities for prayer. Children are welcomed to join in the worship time and are then dismissed to their own age-appropriate programming.

The 1pm Myanmar service is focused on ministering to the large refugee population from Myanmar (formerly Burma) that has settled in Rockford. This service is conducted in the Myanmar language.

Tips for Visitors - Arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park, find the sanctuary, and get settled. - Pick up a welcome packet at the info desk to learn more about the church. - Feel free to sit wherever you'd like - there's no assigned seating. - Participate as much or as little as you're comfortable with during the service. - After the service, stop by the hospitality area to say hello and get any questions answered.
