About Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church
Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church is a welcoming faith community in Davenport, Iowa, founded in the early 1960s to serve the growing northwest section of the city. The parish is housed in a distinctive contemporary hexagonal church building completed in 1968, featuring six magnificent stained-glass windows depicting Christ and the Virgin Mary, along with parables central to Christian teaching. The parish has undergone significant renovation and expansion, including a 1999 interior remodeling and a new gathering space dedicated in 2011. Today, Our Lady of Victory serves as a vibrant community dedicated to preaching the Gospel, teaching discipleship, and healing through grace, with a vision to become the most welcoming faith community in the Diocese of Davenport.
