Churches in Midway, KY

If you’re planning a first Sunday visit, expect service times to vary. Among the churches with shared Sunday schedules, one begins before 9 AM, one starts in the 10–11 AM window, and one meets at 11 AM or later, so it is worth checking directly before you go. Traditional worship appears most often, but there are also contemporary and charismatic options if that fits what you’re seeking. Families may want to look for the congregation with kids ministry or youth group, and someone hoping to connect beyond Sunday can look for a church with small groups. A Wednesday gathering is available at one church, which may be helpful if you are easing in midweek before a Sunday visit.

What stands out in Midway is the steady presence of Baptist churches, along with a handful of other traditions that give visitors meaningful choices. Many congregations are described simply around welcome, service, and local ministry. Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church, Pilgrim Baptist Church, and Midway Presbyterian Church all use welcoming language, while Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church emphasizes Baptist faith and local ministry.
