Churches in Union, KY

For a first visit, it is worth checking directly with the church before Sunday, since few churches share Sunday service times. If you are visiting with children or teens, ask about kids ministry and youth group; a couple of churches note those programs, and that can make the first morning easier for families. Worship style may also help guide your choice, with contemporary, blended, and traditional options mentioned among local churches. A good approach is to contact the congregation you are considering, confirm the schedule, and ask where to go when you arrive. Churches such as Union Baptist Church, Union Presbyterian Church, and East Bend Baptist Church all describe themselves with a welcoming spirit.

What stands out most is the emphasis on welcome and community. Several congregations use language about serving, fellowship, and helping neighbors connect to Jesus. Baptist churches are especially well represented, but Union also includes Catholic, Christian, and Presbyterian traditions. Big Bone Baptist Church adds a deep-rooted presence, while Union Presbyterian Church specifically highlights an inclusive and safe spiritual community.
