About Maranatha Adventist Fellowship Church
Maranatha Adventist Fellowship Church in Bowie, Maryland is a Bible-believing, inclusive congregation that welcomes worshippers regardless of nationality. Founded in 1995 by Nigerian Adventists and formally established in 1996, the church has grown from small informal gatherings into a vibrant multicultural community representing members from Nigeria, Cameroon, the West Indies, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the USA. The fellowship emphasizes the transforming power of God's Word and offers a unique worship experience enriched by African culture, multiple languages, and warm hospitality. The church is currently raising funds to build a 500-seat worship center on its 6.7-acre property in Bowie, acquired in 2009. Under the leadership of Pastor Uzooma Erondu, Maranatha Adventist Fellowship invites all visitors to experience genuine community and God's presence in a welcoming environment.
