About St Peter's Episcopal Church
St. Peter's Episcopal Church is a downtown Salisbury congregation worshipping in a magnificent 1887 Italian Romanesque building featuring intricate brickwork and over 50 stained glass windows. The church welcomes all to know Christ through rich liturgical worship, sacred music, spiritual education, and prayer, serving an average Sunday attendance of around 100. Under the leadership of Rector Father David Michaud, Assistant Rector Pastor Greg Harbaugh, and Deacon Lynn Wiljanen, St. Peter's offers two Sunday services at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., along with weekday prayer services and educational programs. The congregation emphasizes that everyone is made in the image of God and seeks to share Christ's love by welcoming all to worship in a loving, non-judgmental way as the beloved community of Jesus.
