About Good Shepherd United Methodist Church
Good Shepherd United Methodist Church has been serving the Waldorf and St. Charles communities for over 56 years with a mission to engage and empower everyone to be living disciples of Jesus Christ. Led by Rev. Laurie Gates-Ward since 2012, the church emphasizes music ministry, community outreach, and faith development for all ages. The congregation hosts an on-site Education Center for children ages 2 through Pre-K, leads community dinners twice weekly, and supports both local missions and international work including a missionary in Angola.
