About Mariners' Church
Mariners' Church is a non-denominational, independent parish in Detroit with worship in the Anglican tradition. Founded in 1842 by Julia Ann Anderson, the church moved to its current location in 1955. Services use the 1928 Book of Common Prayer, with Holy Communion offered on Sundays and at a Thursday midday service; the later Sunday service includes a full choir. Rev. Todd Meyer serves as Rector (Senior Pastor). The church also offers weekly Bible studies, Sunday School, outreach programs, children’s ministry, youth group, and small groups.
