Churches in Evart, MI

For a first Sunday visit, the pattern is simple: churches with shared schedules all begin between 10 and 11 AM, so late morning is the most common time to plan around. Worship style varies, with contemporary services appearing most often, traditional worship also well represented, and some blended worship available. Families may want to look closely at congregations offering kids ministry, since that is one of the more common programs in Evart churches. Youth group is available at some churches, and small groups appear in a more limited way. A Wednesday gathering is also offered by a church in the city, which may help if you are hoping to connect beyond Sunday worship.

What stands out in Evart is the Wesleyan and Methodist thread running through much of the church community. Ogilvie Wesleyan Church connects to the Wesleyan Church’s roots in revival and social transformation, while Evart Bible Methodist Church emphasizes biblical teaching and Methodist traditions. South Evart Community Free Methodist Church is described as committed to prayer, spiritual gifts, and community service.
