Churches in Flushing, MI

For a first Sunday visit, the known schedules lean mostly toward mid-morning worship. Some churches begin between 9 and 10, several begin between 10 and 11, and a later start is available too. Worship styles vary, with traditional and contemporary services both represented, plus a blended option where noted. Families may want to look closely at churches with kids ministry, since that program appears at many congregations, and youth group is available at several. A smaller number mention small groups, which can be a helpful next step after visiting worship. One church also notes a Wednesday gathering, so midweek connection may be possible.

What stands out is the mix of welcome, discipleship, and community connection across different traditions. Several churches describe themselves around fellowship, spiritual growth, biblical teaching, or service. Flushing Pointe Church of Christ emphasizes restoring the Bible’s pattern for worship and church practice, while Cornerstone Community Church focuses on biblical teaching and spiritual growth. New Covenant highlights faith and fellowship, giving visitors multiple ways to find a congregation shaped by shared life as well as Sunday worship.
