About United Protestant Church
United Protestant Church is a welcoming United Church of Christ congregation located in the Morgan Park neighborhood of Duluth, Minnesota. The church, built in 1921 as one of two structures erected by the U.S. Steel Corporation for mill workers, celebrated its centennial in 2017 and its building's 100th anniversary in 2021. United Protestant embraces the UCC tradition of inclusion and encourages individual exploration of personal faith and theology. The church is known for its warm, inviting community that welcomes visitors to join Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship. Beyond weekly services, the congregation actively serves the community through various annual events including a spaghetti dinner, rummage sale, Christmas concert, and summer concerts.
