Churches in Forest Lake, MN

Sunday mornings are the main time to visit. Among churches that share a Sunday schedule, most first services begin between 9 and 10 AM, with one earlier start and one beginning between 10 and 11 AM. If you are bringing children or teens, you will find many congregations with kids ministry and youth group options, and several also offer small groups for adults or families wanting deeper connection. Faith Lutheran Church specifically describes active youth and children’s programs, which may be helpful for families. Hosanna Lutheran Church gathers for worship in the Great Hall of the lower level, so first-time visitors may want to arrive a little early and ask where to go.

What stands out is the steady emphasis on welcome, discipleship, and service. Several churches describe themselves as communities where faith is practiced through Scripture, prayer, care for others, or faithful service. Forest Hills United Methodist Church centers its life on loving God and others, growing in faith through Scripture and prayer, and serving the community. Messiah Lutheran Church--LCMS is dedicated to sharing the Gospel.
