About St Moses The Strong Orthodox
St. Moses the Strong Orthodox is an active mission community of Orthodox Christians in Helena, Montana, dedicated to sharing the ancient Orthodox Christian faith in accordance with faithful Apostolic teachings. Rooted in prayer, sacramental participation, and education, the congregation seeks to serve Christ through fellowship and community service. While currently meeting on the Carroll College campus without a permanent church building, the community gathers for Divine Liturgy celebrated by visiting priests twice monthly and for Orthodox prayer services led by church readers on other weekends. The welcoming congregation of twenty to thirty members includes families and individuals of all ages, many from non-Orthodox backgrounds, and visitors are warmly invited to participate in worship and the fellowship that follows.
