About Mother Of God Orthodox Church
Mother of God Orthodox Church, located in Princeton, New Jersey, is a parish of the Orthodox Church in America founded in 1998. The community, which now numbers approximately 40 parishioners, welcomes all who seek to know Christ in His Word and in His Church. The parish moved to its permanent worship space at 904 Cherry Hill Road in Princeton in 2016 and is dedicated to growth in Christ, with a significant number of converts entering the community each year. Under the leadership of Father Peter A. Baktis, the parish strives to be the Body of Christ and manifest the Kingdom of God through faith, love, and humility. The community emphasizes becoming a true Christian extended family where members experience what it means to be brothers and sisters in Our Lord Jesus Christ.
