Christ Episcopal Church has served the Toms River community since 1865, welcoming all people regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender expression, or sexual orientation. Located on eleven beautifully landscaped acres at the Jersey Shore, this vibrant parish emphasizes Eucharist-centered worship with a modern, family-friendly approach. The church offers two Sunday services including a bilingual Spanish service, midweek healing prayer, and Friday morning prayer, alongside numerous outreach programs such as the Christ Church Food Pantry and the Christ Church Cafe. Under the leadership of Rector Lisa A. Hoffman and Deacon Carolyn Bradley, the parish is deeply committed to social justice, education, and serving the spiritual and material needs of the surrounding community.
