About First Presbyterian Child Development Center
First Presbyterian Child Development Center is a community outreach program of First Presbyterian Church of Santa Fe, serving approximately 80 children ages three months to five years in a full-day, year-round setting. The center provides developmentally age-appropriate, child-centered programs that emphasize learning through play and discovery, with activities including art, music, creative movement, stories, and social interactions. All teachers are licensed and experienced early childhood educators, and the school holds five-star national accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The center accepts the New Mexico universal child care assistance benefit and prioritizes families who qualify for it. Currently at full enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year, the program welcomes children of all faiths and is deeply rooted in the church's commitment to growing a beloved community characterized by justice, compassion, and radical welcome.
