St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral has been the spiritual centre of the Macedonian Orthodox community in College Point, New York for over six decades. Founded in 1962 with its construction beginning in 1964, the cathedral was consecrated on April 18, 1965, and stands as a beautiful example of Orthodox architecture featuring intricate paintings, icons of the Saints, and a grand chandelier. Beyond its role as a place of worship, the cathedral serves as home to numerous educational, cultural, and charitable organizations dedicated to preserving Macedonian ethnic and cultural awareness. The church is administered by an elected Administrative Council and is led by Fr. Sasho Celeski and Fr. Aleksandar Todorovsk.
