What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to Christ Central Church in Durham, North Carolina

Dress Code: At Christ Central Church, we have a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Feel free to come as you are, whether that's in jeans and a t-shirt or something a little dressier. The most important thing is that you come ready to engage and worship.

Service Format: Christ Central has three Sunday service times - 8:30am, 10:00am, and 11:30am. Each service follows a similar format:

- Worship through music: Expect a mix of contemporary worship songs and classic hymns led by the church's talented worship team. - Sermon: The pastor will deliver a biblical, Christ-centered message typically lasting 30-40 minutes. - Communion: On the first Sunday of each month, the congregation partakes in communion together. - Children's programming: During the 10:00am and 11:30am services, there are age-appropriate classes for infants through 5th grade.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a bit early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. The church can get quite full, especially at the 10:00am service. - Feel free to pick up a welcome packet at the info desk in the lobby to learn more about the church. - Don't worry about being "found out" as a first-time visitor.
